ABOUT SARAH LILLEY

I joined Fidelity Investments as a user experience researcher with a keen interest in the greater design and development process. It wasn\'t long before I was given opportunities by the team to get involved in journey mapping and Adobe Creative Suite products, which led to my greater overall awareness of enterprise-level project management.I have a background in working with a diverse skill set to complete projects with the customer experience as the first priority. I realized that the intersection between technology and finance is something I feel passionately about. I enjoy collaborative work and constant challenge to iterate my work and improve every day. Some of my \"little skills\" include but are not limited to: asking \"why\" until I get to the root of the issue, being a seemingly limitless source of energy, and muting the mic when I\'m not speaking. Conferences Attended: UXPA Boston 2017, MITX DesignTech Summit 2017, Black Hat 2016 (Student Scholarship Invitee)
