As an Analyst at The Cadmus Group, I specialize in delivering high-impact analysis and support across a variety of projects to meet the needs of the U.S. EPA. My role involves crafting detailed deliverables and guidance materials, facilitating both in-person and virtual stakeholder meetings and regional trainings, and conducting comprehensive economic analysis on proposed policies. I also design and implement program effectiveness metrics using data analytics tools for EPA\'s Voluntary School and Child Care Lead Testing and Reduction Grant Program.In addition to my core responsibilities, I provide technical assistance to water systems through the EPA’s Climate Resilience Evaluation and Awareness Tool program and am part of the ENERGY STAR Marketing and Communications team, where I manage social media content and interactions to enhance program visibility and engagement.I have a strong interest in sustainability, conservation, and climate action. My passion for these areas drives my work and motivates me to seek innovative solutions for environmental challenges.
