As Executive Director of the National Committee on Vital and Health Statistics (NCVHS), the federal advisory committee that advises the HHS Secretary on health standards and privacy, I led staffing, nominations process, meeting agenda development, and goal developments of NCVHS. I worked with board members on the Report to Congress and the analysis of United State\'s progress in moving towards World Health Organization (WHO) ICD-11.• As lead of the the HHS Data Council, I led re-envisioning process for which I conducted membership survey, key informant interviews, a data walk, and the presentation of findings. I also planned and facilitated Data Council meetings of HHS Division Heads, Federal Executives, and health data professional. • I led writing and research for a new Record Linkage Primer for non-data scientists, that will help people new to linkage begin the process.• I coordinated with subject matter experts across HHS to craft high-quality survey questions to be administered on U.S. Census Bureau Household Pulse. • My strong working relationships with high-level employees (Senior Executive Service, political appointees, HHS Chief Data Officer, Evaluation Officer, and Chief Statistical Official, Division Directors, and Branch Chiefs) across the Federal Government and private sector led to more collaboration on the HHS Data Strategy, AI Strategy, Data Governance Board.• I help junior staff shine by mentoring them in how to communicate and present complex ideas.
