Through seamless collaboration with Home Directors, I ensure the harmonization of our designs for a cohesive shopping experience. I foster partnerships with design operations, merchandising, product development, and packaging engineers to translate conceptual visions into tangible realities. My role involves spearheading the development and oversight of the creative aesthetics for body care products. Recently, I’ve overseen the management of Seasonal, Men’s, and Key Forms categories. However, throughout my tenure, I’ve also played integral roles in Core, Faceted, and SFL development initiatives. On average, my team successfully brings around 500 SKUs to fruition each year. Notably, the Key Forms business has experienced a remarkable growth of +23% since 2019, while the Men’s business has seen an impressive 66% increase. Collaborating with another director, I played a pivotal role in expanding the Seasonal business, achieving a remarkable growth rate of 21%.
