As Vice President, Regulatory Affairs at CTIA, I promote member priorities in federal regulatory policy and advocacy strategies for the wireless industry. I engage with the FCC, other state and federal regulatory agencies, Congress, and the Administration. Prior to joining CTIA, I worked in private practice at Hogan Lovells US LLP and Steptoe & Johnson LLP and advised telecom companies on a variety of regulatory, policy, transactional, and litigation matters before the FCC, DOJ, and Congress. My clients included satellite operators, traditional and new media companies, leading Internet companies, wireless operators, investors, railroads, and trade associations. I also represented clients in regulatory review of mergers and acquisitions, rulemakings, licensing matters, and regulatory compliance and reform.Prior to joining private practice, I served as a legal fellow at the Free State Foundation, a law clerk for Commissioner Robert McDowell at the Federal Communications Commission, and as an intern for CTIA.
