Hello :) I’m Sarah, a first-generation UC Berkeley graduate with a B.A. in Cognitive Science. I recently joined a16z as a Recruiting Coordinator, where I support candidate experience, scheduling, and end-to-end hiring operations. My path started at Berkeley City College, where I earned my A.A. in Psychology and developed a strong foundation in communication, mentorship, and community support. Since then, I’ve built experience across customer service, event operations, and talent coordination. Outside of work, I enjoy art, books, films, documentaries, good food, and sports.
