ABOUT SARAH LAMM
I create conditions conducive for life. I recently received a Permaculture Design Certificate from Occidental Arts and Ecology Center. Through this certificate I work to design systems for all living beings to thrive. I work full-time as an EEO Specialist and subject matter expert on the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended. I counsel, advise and assist employees in negotiating and receiving accommodations based on their disabilities. 2024 Diversity Award in recognition for implementing Respectful, Inclusive, Safe, Work Environments Curriculum at DOL. Below are links to my previous work in community health through improving access to anti-hunger programs by grant writing, community organizing and volunteer mobilization on the US/Mexico border.
