I’ve spent my career working at the intersection of strategy, execution, and culture - helping complex businesses grow in a way that’s sustainable, aligned, and human.Today, I serve as COO of Serve Funding, where I partner with healthcare leaders, founders, and executive teams to explore alternative debt capital that supports growth while preserving ownership, mission, and long-term flexibility.
