APUC\'s Liberty Power business group owns a portfolio of non-regulated generating facilities that includes more than 1.5 GW of wind, solar, hydroelectric and natural gas fired capacity. APUC\'s Liberty Utilities business group operates in the United States and provides rate regulated water, electricity and natural gas utility services to close to customers.Representing company in innovative utility acquisition of up to 800 MW of wind in SPP in conjunction with tax equity partnership to deliver substantial savings to customers for decades.Represented company in obtaining regulatory approval for $2.4 billion acquisition of electric and gas distribution utility from four state commissions and FERC.Provide legal advice on regulatory compliance with all matters affecting electric, gas and water investor owned utilities before state and federal regulatory commissions.Coordinate FERC matters for APUC; serve as FERC Standards of Conduct Compliance Officer.
