I am a highly motivated Senior / Regional HR Manager with over 18 years in Human Resources Management, working with UK and International Teams. I am a qualified professional coach. My career has covered 25 years of Retail Management Experience and 6 years in distribution/ e-commerce. I am CIPD Level 5 Qualified and have a Level 5 professional coaching qualification. With strong beliefs that when we look after our people, they will look after the results.I enjoy a challenge and consistently achieve high standards, exceeding company targets through effectively getting the best from my team.I am an ambitious individual who can bring passion, energy, drive and emotional loyalty to the work place.I am articulate and proactive, combining a professional and confident approach with excellent interpersonal and liaison skills, enabling me to communicate concisely with all levels.I am used to working varied hours and thrive on a fast paced environment.I have a strong track record of ensuring work such as implementing business changes and Projects are delivered to the highest quality, within deadline by effectively organising, managing and utilising resources.I am able to confidently formulate a HR strategy in partnership with the business goals/vision.
