About Sarah Kimball

I graduated from Cornell University’s S.C. Johnson School of Business in 2021, majoring in Hotel Administration. Since interning at my first hotel, my passion for people has never subsided. No matter if interacting with guests or employees, I am dedicated to finding creative ways to enhance experiences. I am motivated by the feeling of satisfaction that accompanies an individual’s happiness and strive to pursue a career that challenges me to create those experiences both internally and externally. Through my work experience and extracurricular activities, I have many transferable competencies and traits that will be of use in any future positions.Customer Service: From my experience working at The Hotel Jerome, I have developed the skills to effectively communicate with customers in an efficient, yet enthusiastic manner. I am always willing to put the customers’ needs in front of my own, in order to guarantee their satisfaction.Self-motivated: I am constantly able to motivate myself and be my own personal cheerleader. I never let the failure stand in the way of my success, due to my ability to motivate myself in every situation. My success stems from my ability to take initiative and get tasks done in a timely and thorough manner.Curiosity to learn: I am extremely open minded toward learning new things and trying out departments and tasks I am not familiar with.
