For more than two decades, I’ve focused on one mission: improving how patients connect to care, how physicians and care teams are supported in delivering it, and how health systems sustain performance that matters.At Emory Healthcare, I led enterprise-wide access and performance strategies that improved patient access, optimized capacity, and elevated experience across clinics, hospitals, and service lines.
