I have served as a director in higher education in compliance, career services, education, and student services departments for over 15 years. As an executive leader, I supervise 30+ faculty members, office staff, and program chairpersons while partnering with other department directors in admissions and education in an effort to improve student admission and retention, as well as course and credit advisement. I oversee career services to ensure student success post-graduation. My teaching history includes being an instructor in post-secondary fields, including: Women & Gender Studies, Composition, Criminal Justice, Career Development, and Humanities courses. I have formed and retained professional relationships with staff at university and proprietary institutions, accrediting agencies, approval boards, textbook publishers, specialty vendors, and employer partners.
