Responsible for embedding a new Operating Model within the function, including the delivery and implementation of Process Improvements to address control gaps, risks and inefficiences. The accountable Business Owner for the implementation of a new ERP system, Workday Financials. Shifting from a technology platform comprising of many in-house built applications integrated into various pieces of third party software, including SunSystems/Q&A and Proactis. Responsible for working with teams from around the business to support broader Business Change. Using a combination of Technical accounting skills and Business knowledge to inform the design of our technology platform.
