ABOUT SARAH KELLY

Hello and welcome to my LinkedIn page. I am an experienced solicitor specialising in employment law, financial services regulation, litigation, internal and regulatory investigations, and advising on employee incentives. As a Managing Associate in the Employment & Incentives team at Linklaters, I honed skills in matter management, client and colleague training, compliance, negotiation, and policy development. I developed considerable expertise in remuneration regulation, advising clients on their regulatory compliance, corporate governance and on the employment law and litigation risks surrouding decisions to reduce or cancel remuneration awards during or following the outcome of investigations. I also worked on corporate transactions, including M & As, and acquired a broad understanding of the financial services sector, with my advice covering also the Senior Managers & Certification Regime, ESG and the consumer duty. Earlier in my career as an Associate in the Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations team at Linklaters, I worked on banking, insolvency and property litigations and regulatory investigations covering a range of issues such as insider trading, fraud, market manipulation, misrepresentation, negligence, money laundering and various systems and controls failings. I also undertook a secondment to the role of professional support lawyer at an exciting time for regulation in the lead up to the launch of the Senior Managers & Certification Regime.
