About Sarah Keeney

My name is Sarah! I am a senior at University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, pursuing a degree in Marketing with an expected graduation date in May of 2025. I developed my passion for marketing and sales in 2019 when I enrolled in the project-based learning program Minnesota Center for Advanced Professional Studies. I gained experience consulting with companies in network, tasked with providing solutions to problems. The program instilled me with a deep understanding of business strategy and applicable professionalism. From 20••••23 I worked part-time at Aritzia as a service representative while pursuing my degree. I processed transactions while supporting clients in the last stage of the purchase journey in the luxury women\'s fashion boutique. I took away experience in sales strategy and client engagement. In 2024, my junior year of college, I studied abroad in Barcelona, Spain at the CEA CAPA center. I developed an understanding for business and marketing at an international level. I became more confident in my personal problem-solving skills and overall a more open-minded person. I also furthered my proficiency in Spanish during my travels. Currently, I am finishing my last year at University of Minnesota while working part-time at Runway, a luxury clothing and home goods store. I directly engage with clients in-store, while providing extensive knowledge of luxury products to ensure client satisfaction. I collaborate to create engaging promotional content through instagram that increases traffic while measuring performance metrics and targeting the correct audience.
