ABOUT SARAH KEDDY

I am an accomplished Human Resource Partner with fifteen years experience within some of the UK\'s largest retailers, who can bring analytical thinking to achieve the business strategy. I have a proven track record in effective partnering with stakeholders, human resource management, Learning and Development, store management and other senior leadership roles within the organisation. My passion lies in delivering results through both a team and independently as well as championing talent and creating diverse forward thinking managers. As an advocate of life long learning I am currenting studying for my masters in HRM and global studies at the university of Portsmouth. This has empowered my decision making and adds a theory based lens to my approach. I believe that by putting our colleagues at the heart of all that we deliver, will achieve business improvement and individual success. One of my key skills is emotional intelligence that leads to adaptability and an agile approach within my leadership style and supports getting the best from the different teams I work within.
