ABOUT SARAH JONES
I started my further education journey at 18, finally graduating at 40 (with a lot of Open University points collected along the way), with a lot of life and work experiences, working in a wide range of sectors with some interesting, awesome and diverse people. I have lived a life of trying to fit in as a gay woman and now diagnosed with adhd as an adult, and am carefully removing the mask.I now manage amazing projects that I care about and that make a genuine impact. I am able to be myself and be authentic in my work which means that I bring my strongest self to everything.My projects are all successful, not just because of numbers, but because I am developing exceptional people and making lasting changes with both individuals and communities.What’s next? I can’t picture the future, my adhd brain doesn’t do that, but I know that it will be a rollercoaster of excitement and challenges, and that I’m resilient enough to make it work.
