ABOUT SARAH JOHNSON WALTON
With over 35 years of experience in the insurance market, having worked at both Insurance Companies and International Brokers, I have developed a particular focus on operations and business consultancy. Since 2001 I have used this experience to support specialty business lines. Since taking on the COO role for HIBL, I have moved into a wider COO role for Howden, managing our Business Service provision. Established as functional centres of excellence, our Business Service teams support the full life cycle of our insurance products with a focus on meeting the needs of our Clients. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute and hold a Masters degree in Spanish and French from the University of Oxford.I am a Funeral Celebrant accredited by Humanists UK and, since 2005, I have helped families to prepare and conduct non religious ceremonies. The donations I receive in lieu of minister\'s fees help the team at ADSS (Alzheimers and Dementia Support Services) to provide practical and emotional support for those living with dementia.
