Sarah has over 20 years of experience in consulting and real estate development. She hascompleted the Real Estate Management Program at Harvard Business School and the BusinessLeadership Program at IIM Bangalore. Sarah has worked on residential, commercial, and hospitalityprojects. Sarah played a vital role in the successful execution of Trine Holdings\' residential and hospitalityprojects. She has pioneered in creating systems and processes aligned with Trine’s core values,focusing on sustainability, product (design & quality), and customer-centricity. The resort projectunder her leadership has been certified with an IGBC Platinum rating, and her current residentialproject has received IGBC Platinum precertification.She has not only mastered the art of using alternative materials in construction to reduce carbonfootprints but also was bold enough to declare her recent residential development’s common areastowards net-zero energy, incorporating materials that reduce embodied carbon. She has alsotechnically evolved the design of each apartment to showcase energy efficiency and reuse water duringboth construction and post-construction operations.Sarah believes all her real estate developments should reaffirm a commitment to timeless,future-proof design, one that is rooted in sustainable living. Trine\'s latest signature ultra-luxury series,The Quayside 12, is a testament to this dedication, focusing on reducing carbon footprints, embracingclimate-responsive architecture, and creating energy-efficient spaces.
