I work with organisations and senior leaders where growth, change and scrutiny have outpaced leadership, and the gap is starting to show in performance, alignment, and decision-making. Many organisations are led by highly capable individuals who have built their careers on deep expertise and a strong track record within their field. But as organisations grow and change, leadership expectations change. Decisions carry greater weight, teams become larger and more complex, and scrutiny increases. The expertise that built the organisation is no longer enough on its own. Leadership has to operate differently. This is where I work. I advise organisations, senior teams, and individual leaders where leadership keeps pace with growth, organisational change and increasing responsibility. I partner with organisations, and indivdual leaders, in complex sectors organisations in: pharma, biotech, medtech, finance and accounting, family business, logistics, membership organisations, professional services, property and tech. I was operating at board level by the age of 30 and have led strategic communications including crisis management, government affairs, patient advocacy, press relations, social media, M&A, and large-scale transformation. These experiences shaped how I understand organisations under pressure, and how leaders build credibility, influence, and alignment when it matters.
