I have lead humanitarian trips to Guatemala for the past 11 years. I cover logistics of the trip and work closely with in-country staff and village leaders on the projects that will be worked on. I help facilitate the village experience by keeping volunteers engaged in humanitarian projects. I help the volunteers know the CHOICE model how villages work on self-developing and self-sustaining projects to bring themselves out of extreme poverty. I lead nightly discussions about the experience and helping them stay motivated and fully connected with the people and the projects that are being worked on while in the village and after returning home.

I am a dynamic, energetic and hard-working individual who has a passion for helping companies succeed in a variety of sustainable ways. I believe that I posses the skills to motivate teams and help facilitate a strong company culture. I have a natural talent to connect with people and have strong creative writing and pubic speaking skills. I have over 6 years experience working as a Project Manager and Trainer in the telecom industry. I have the ability to address client needs across a wide range of industries. I gained a strong understanding of the importance of delivering a five-star experience and cultivating a memorable experience for the customer. I have had the pleasure with working with CHOICE Humanitarian for ten years. I have led humanitarian trips to remote villages in Kenya, Guatemala, Mexico and Nepal. I have worked along side villages to help propel their vision of ending extreme poverty through sustainable development projects. I was a key player in helping volunteers have a memorable time while in country, facilitating nightly discussion and cultural exchange. This also included keeping their involvement with CHOICE alive after returning home.I have since launched personal website where I seek to give my keynote presentation to share the lessons learned along my village path and how it you can see your community or organization as your village and how it can improve company culture. Since then, I presented this to several groups in Utah and in Colorado. I also have launched a Podcast called \"Are You Happy In Your Heart?\" I am seeking more public speaking engagements to share this message of how this experience has taught me how we can find happiness in every day life.I believe that by taking the village approach, company culture can thrive!
