ABOUT SARAH J. POWELL

I bring value to organizations by building & strengthening a culture that is generative, collaborative, and innovative. This is done via reimagining employee experience, reinforcing positive emergent systems, and fostering inclusive community. I use an interdisciplinary approach to my work -> as an anthropologist, I\'m drawn to the ways in which culture, society, psychology, philosophy, emerging technologies, and other forces shape our practices and influence outcomes. For example, most organizational leaders desire innovative, creatve results, but they don\'t always know how to get their people there, By centering the cultural conditions required for creativity, learning & growth, we can forge a future where our most wicked problems can be solved. My favorite work involves shifting culture to meet the needs of the organization, local and global ecosystems, and broader humanity.
