Working in the most amazing job… Healthcare- supporting our teams to deliver the highest quality care to our patients. Working in CSS at Manchester Foundation Trust to support the diverse and multidisciplinary teams, and support the delivery of timely diagnostics and treatments.Having completed the Nye Bevan leadership course, a masters in Practitioner development and a varied career path, I continue to develop my interest in leadership. My aim is to support the development of diverse and inclusive teams to deliver the most effective, timely, compassionate care to our patients, families and carers.Also working as a Chair for the most amazing organisation Talk, Listen, Change. Very excited to be working with such an incredible group of motivated, caring and driven individuals for such an essential service supporting safe, healthy and happy relationships!
