I lead external affairs for The Good Acre, Minnesota’s most innovative nonprofit food hub and social enterprise. In my role, I oversee fundraising, marketing, communications, and community engagement to advance our mission: making local food the easy, accessible, and reliable choice for all.With more than a decade of experience in nonprofits, I bring expertise in building strategic partnerships, mobilizing resources, and amplifying impact stories that connect communities to systems change. At The Good Acre, this means championing farmers, especially BIPOC, immigrant, and emerging growers, while cultivating support from institutions, retailers, and individuals who share our belief that when farmers succeed, the entire community grows stronger.As we enter our next decade, my focus is on scaling a resilient local food system- Expanding diverse and reliable market access for farmers- Elevating The Good Acre’s brand strategy and thought leadership- Strengthening cross-sector collaborations that nourish communities and grow equityI am passionate about transforming big ideas into real impact, ensuring that our regional food system is rooted in equity and built to benefit generations to come.
