As specialists in owner’s representation, Wember has managed over 80 projects totaling more than $730 million in construction value in Colorado and Wyoming. Our project managers apply their expertise to reduce owner’s risk while keeping them informed and engaged. Proven technology applications and effective management practices are the foundation to properly coordinate the myriad of details amongst the project team, keep project information impeccably organized and implement a thoughtfully-devised plan. Our qualified team consists of architects, general contractors and other industry professionals. Nearly every staff member is LEED-accredited and has completed OSHA and Contractor Quality Management certification programs. Our 13-plus years of experience in monitoring scope of services, schedule and critical path planning, budget management, estimation validation, and other related services, make us effective owner’s representatives.
