I develop and lead a portfolio of work focused on responsive solutions for populations facing systemic barriers to economic advancement. My work involves supporting multi-stakeholder strategic planning with regional and state-level leaders, facilitating learning communities with practitioners, and conducting action research that elevates learner and worker voices. Recent initiatives have included building the capacity of immigrant-serving organizations, supporting the launch of new public investments in workforce training for farmworker communities, transforming state systems and institutional practices to address community college students\' basic needs insecurity, and facilitating peer learning across school districts supporting immigrant newcomer students and families.As part of the leadership of JFF\'s California-based Inclusive Regional Economic Development Unit, I drive business development and strategic design, oversee multi-million dollar budgets, and manage projects with a focus on team development and growth of emerging leaders.
