Hello San Diego Friends! I\'ve owned and operated three yoga + fitness studios in North County for 15+ years. I am currently doing in person or virtual yoga/fitness training. I also have a corporate wellness program to help keep you and your team in the best of health. I\'d love to help you reach your goals!I also own and operate a small boutique interior design firm called Kindle and Stone that specializes in accent walls and fitness/yoga space design. Since opening in the beginning of 2022, we have successfully completed eight design jobs and are looking to take on more clients in 2023!
