I lead the Global Sourcing Function for EMEA, which covers permanent, temporary, and workforce consultancy recruitment. The team is a centralised recruitment delivery team of over 40 recruiters, who work exclusively with Robert Walters Outsourcing EMEA client portfolio. Our aim as a function is to drive direct recruitment for permanent and temporary hiring across a wide range of specialist industries, as well as support the continued success of our Workforce Consultancy delivery model. I work closely with the RWO Operational Leadership teams to ensure the successful delivery into our EMEA client portfolio.
