Is the design lead within a government-directed project working in the areas of joint all domain command and control systems. This effort involves a multi-disciplinary team of design, CSE, and human factors, and current role is heavily involved in traveling for knowledge elicitation with folks across different military domains and synthesis of this information, proactive artifact generation illustrating different discovered process and information organization, and rapid iteration of visual design concepts with one other designer on the project.Promoted to Design Manager in March 2023.Is the primary point-of-contact for Mile2 within a government-directed software project based at WPAFB as the only UX and visual design member of the team. Coordinated across a myriad of adjacent and connected projects within the command-and-control problem space to build enhanced software solutions that did not conflict within the larger system. Collaborated with personnel in the Human Factors and Cognitive Systems space.Received President\'s award for outstanding contributions to the company at the EOY 2021.Participated in an extra-curriculum Cognitive Systems Engineering working group focusing on learning and applying CSE skills to various facets of the design process. Worked with a multi-disciplinary, collaborative project team comprised of members of the design, development, and business wheelhouses to create software solutions to address small business outreach within the AFRL SBIR programs. All members of the project team were heavily involved in the problem identification, brainstorming, sketching, and iterative processes.
