About Sarah Hickerson

I’m currently working as the Media Coordinator at Heartlight Ministries, a Christian organization that provides residential counseling and mentoring for teens. With degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Leadership & Ministry from Harding University, I’m passionate about using my skills to make a positive impact—especially when it comes to helping young people find the guidance and support they need.I love collaborating with others, and I’m all about open communication and bringing different perspectives to the table. Whether through media, mentoring, or simply supporting the team, I’m driven by the chance to make a meaningful difference and contribute to a mission that aligns with my values of service, leadership, and faith.

   Build and load videoboard and show content into control room systems across touring stadiums. Make real-time, in-game calls that help drive the Banana Ball show—running the videoboard to elevate the fan experience and support the Greatest Show in Sports.
