About Sarah Heinz
I am a JD turned tech-focused and project management fluent! In previous roles I used Salesforce for data analytics, reporting, and to create smooth and intuitive workflows and processes. I also have used proprietary CRMs and have worked with technology teams to continue to develop customized workflows for an operations team and for external client use. I enjoy complex problem solving and utilizing technology to work smarter. As a supervisor and then manager I have also been responsible for completing year-end performance reviews as well as fielding daily questions and offering regular constructive feedback. I approved time off and changing work hours, helped conduct interviews for new employees and regularly discussed policy changes with my respective teams. I have had unique opportunities and come with a diverse legal background. I have had meaningful experience in various areas of law, including trademark, personal injury, complex business litigation, workers compensation and bankruptcy, mass torts and asbestos bankruptcy. I am especially passionate about integrating technology into the legal field and creating efficient processes to drive profitablity. I leverage my legal knowledge and balance it with my desire to support team members and see them thrive and grow. I have been a key player in developing and refining task flows, process improvements and creating training documentation. I enjoy building a collective knowledge base for scalability purposes and to fully immerse teammates so they can find their area of excellence. My spirit and passion are also echoed in my chosen hobbies outside of work. I am a determined athlete and certified climbing wall instructor with a strength and fitness coaching background. I spent 6 years as a climbing instructor during which time I developed several programs and curriculum including a 4 week intensive program specifically to empower women in a male dominated sport. For over a decade I have been a competitive powerlifter. I regularly give back to my community by also refereeing in my strength federation, and by running affordable introductory clinics to those who want to build strength within a supportive atmosphere. I am no stranger to hard work and dedication across various fields and disciplines which helps me thrive in my endeavors.
