About Sarah Heine

I empower individuals, teams, and organizations to leverage their strengths so they can drive change and positively impact society. Currently, I am the Chief of Staff at UndauntedK12, a national nonprofit working to support America\'s K-12 public schools to make an equitable transition to zero carbon emissions while preparing youth to build a sustainable future in a rapidly changing climate. Previously, I spent 20 years shaping strategy, culture, and talent initiatives at TNTP, joining as employee number 17 and growing the organization to 400 staff members nationwide. I have experience as a Chief of Staff, HR Business Partner, VP of Training, and consultant. Regardless of title, a central theme in all my work has been my ability to identify solutions which tackle large, systemic challenges, while serving as a trusted advisor to staff and leaders at all levels of an organization. My past accomplishments include expanding TNTP\'s teacher certification programs across the country, launching and implementing an org-wide Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy, and designing organizational Learning and Development programming. Though my experience spans the entire employee lifecycle, where I truly thrive is helping people lead with joy, purpose, and authenticity. I combine a passion for social impact with strengths in building relationships, shaping strategy from design to execution, and leading inclusive and collaborative teams.
