About Sarah Dunlap Haworth
I am on a mission to accelerate circular commerce by embedding sustainability into the core of consumer goods strategy. With over 15 years in corporate retail and product commercialization, I’ve led circularity and innovation initiatives from launching upcycled and adaptive product lines to developing brand-level sustainability strategies. My experience has shown me that sustainability teams are often siloed from where day-to-day business decisions are made, which limits the impact of initiatives on long-term business value. I am passionate about designing circular business models that align incentives and deliver measurable results. I hold an MBA in Sustainability with a focus on Circular Value Chains from Bard Graduate Program in Sustainability, and I’ve continued my commitment to a collaborative, multi-sector approach as a Board Member with Net Impact Seattle and Seattle Women in Business for Good. Today, I’m particularly interested in opportunities to combine resale and circular commerce expertise with systems-level strategy by helping organizations overcome operational bottlenecks and advance circularity. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest with my husband and two rescue dogs.
