Led a team of consultants to review the overall Primark Cares strategy, resulting in updated internal targets, the setting of new milestone goals, new roadmaps, reviewed business cases and the delivery of a full benchmarking report- Developed key programme metrics to ensure that progress could be tracked and measured successfully- Defined a new reporting governance process ensuring that all published data is reviewed and verified by ESG Finance - Led the delivery of the Primark Sustainability and Ethics reports (’22-’25) from planning to assurance and sign off- Led a team responsible for navigating ESG reporting frameworks and regulations, including CSRD and have worked closely with compliance teams to ensure alignment with evolving legislation- Built out governance structures, strategies and tools for colleague communications and L&D, leading to increased alignment between technical teams and the delivery of a companywide engagement programme- Delivered a new framework for embedding sustainability and ethics KPIs into the supplier scorecard and assessment process - Managed an external consultancy to design a new process for customer proposition evaluation and assessment - Commissioned customer insight research and created a systematised sustainability intelligence hub to guide programme priorities and enhance proposition development- Led the assessment of external cross-strategy partnerships, advising leadership and driving go/ no-go decisions- Key note speaker at internal events, including global Sustainability and Social Impact team day, and external events such as Products of Change sustainability conference- Regular advisor at Director and Exec level steering group governance meetings, contributing to executive decision-making and board-level engagement on key topics such as programme strategy, reporting and partnership opportunities
