ABOUT SARAH HARDY GMBPSS

I\'m an ADHD coach and workplace neurodiversity consultant working with organisations and individuals across the UK.For employers:I deliver neurodiversity training for employees and managers, 1:1 coaching, group coaching programmes, and workplace consultancy that goes beyond tick-box compliance. My workshops equip neurodivergent employees with practical strategies for executive function, emotional regulation, and workplace challenges. Manager training focuses on strengths-based support, not performative inclusion. Many organisations find me when they\'re trying to prevent performance issues, support employees before they reach crisis point, or create genuinely inclusive systems that don\'t rely on individual managers \"getting it.\"For individuals:I work with late-diagnosed ADHD and autistic adults — particularly self-employed creatives and professionals struggling with executive function in workplace contexts — missing deadlines, losing track of tasks, struggling with email management, or shutting down under pressure. Many clients are funded through Access to Work for Workplace strategy sessions. My approach bridges the gap between understanding your neurodivergence intellectually and changing what you actually do day-to-day. Practical strategies grounded in psychology and nervous system regulation. Background:MSc in Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology (in progress, University of East London)BSc (Hons) Psychology, Psychotherapy & Counselling (First Class)ADHD Works Certified CoachNeuroaffirmative Supervisor TrainingEMCC Senior Practitioner (Accreditation Pending)Graduate Member, British Psychological Society (GMBPsS) Manchester & UK-wide (remote and in-person) Access to Work approved
