About Sarah Hanlon

I began my professional career as a performer, singing and acting on Cruise Ships, National Tours, and regional houses across the United States and the world. Throughout my performing career I have held other various positions within the theater world such as Associate Producer, Operations Manager, Vocal Captain, Casting Associate, and even Company Culture Champion. I began developing my operation and managerial skills as the Cast Company Manager on various Cruise Ships. Not only was I performing, I was traveling the world (even Antarctica), and working with individuals and cultures from over 35 different countries. I believe working with people from around the world has made me a better communicator, a better problem solver, and generally a more patient and empathetic human being. Time management and scheduling skills have aided me in quickly transitioning from a Production Associate to Operations Manager/Associate Producer for a Non-Profit Asian American Theater Company. In a production, my main goal is to keep the Creatives, Designers, Actors, Stage Management, and Production team happy, working together, all while staying on budget and on time. Other various items I work on is Development and Fundraising throughout the year. I am organized, driven, detail oriented, creative and enjoy a fast paced environment.
