In grade school I was the one who seemed drawn to helping my classmates in need. So it seemed destined that I would end up with a career in the credit union industry where the philosophy is \"People Helping People\". As a passionate advocate for the credit union movement, I channel my energy into developing our next generation of leaders while implementing new procedures to make lives better for our members. With innovations coming at an exponentially rapid pace, it is even more important to stay at the forefront of new opportunities and products.I can easily balance staying calm with jumping straight into the fire.
