About Sarah Hagstrom
My mission is to make the world a healthier and happier place. I am your ‘go to business success coach’, devoted to growing your health coaching business and helping it (and you) thrive by showing you how to implement the right foundations from the start. I empower health coaches to embrace their passion, show up for themselves and celebrate their success. I have been through the process of launching a health coaching business and can leverage that expertise to help increase your success. My aim is to provide all of my clients with an authentic, refreshing and engaging experience that hardly feels like work at all! My journey as a health coach stemmed from an innate desire to help others. As a Manifestor in Human Design, my life strategy is to inform and share my ideas with the world. As my success in health coaching skyrocketed, other health coaches started approaching me for advice. It felt amazing and rewarding to be able to share my success with others and help them apply what I had learned to grow their own businesses. So, I decided to dedicate my career to helping others succeed. I grew up in an environment where I had to learn to take care of myself from a young age. This posed many challenges as I had to rely on my own internal drive and intuition to solve problems and find my way in the world. Despite the challenges, this experience taught me to be resourceful, resilient and gain confidence in my abilities and decisions. I love teaching my clients to apply these pillars of resilience, resourcefulness and self confidence to the way they run their own business. Empowering others to succeed in business and in life is the most rewarding aspect of my career. I love what I do because I am able to help health coaches to ‘coach + grow’!
