ABOUT SARAH GRIFFITHS
I created DragonFly Kids after first-hand experiencing the effect anxiety can have on mental wellbeing. After much soul-searching, I found meditation and from then on wanted to pass on my findings and dedicate time to helping children early on before they got to the stage she had as an adult. The goal is to provide young people with the tools and skills they can take away and use for themselves whenever they\'re feeling anxious, worried, angry, lost and/or confused. As we all know challenges in life can happen anytime, so we want to equip young people with breathing techniques, mindfulness activities and meditation guides to help calm and ground them whenever they need it most. At DragonFly Kids we\'re committed to providing children of all ages with tools to promote a calm and positive outlook to give them the self worth, self esteem and independence they need through life.
