I guide change management across the Finance organization of one of the largest electric utilities in the U.S. I am responsible for unifying cross-functional teams to achieve critical milestones in our True North Strategy. I coach people leaders on successful change strategies, and partner with stakeholders to design successful education and outreach campaigns. My role also involves designing surveys and analyzing results guiding decision-making. I apply behavioral science methodologies and research to ignite a culture of curiosity and innovation that lowers costs for our customers.
