Teaching Museum Manager for Norfolk Museums and Chair of Trustees for Norwich Historic Churches Trust. An experienced leader and manager of projects, teams and programmes with 25+ years working in museums, heritage, the arts, higher education, international development and training. A catalyst for innovation and change, I have excellent skills in administering multi-stakeholder projects with expertise in consultative and participatory practice and the ability to develop and sustain professional relationships at all levels.Successfully harnessing existing skills and expertise to deliver a work-based development programme of social, self-directed and in-the-flow-of-work learning, which has enabled successive cohorts of trainees to launch careers in the museums and cultural heritage sector.
