I work to drive growth through strategy, operational excellence and now, increasingly, AI-driven transformation. Currently working in the Global Clients and Industries team to enhance and embed our Operating model collaborating with Leadership teams across our Regions to shape our Strategy and priorities for growth.Previously as a Director within EY’s Consulting team, I led the design and execution of market strategies across Industry, Accounts and Sales Excellence — all focused on sustainable, measurable results across 20+ countries. Also played a key role in shaping Global Consulting’s adoption of generative AI - leading the rollout of Microsoft Copilot across an initial Consultants and embedding AI into core delivery and go-to-market strategies.With over two decades at EY, I bring deep experience across Financial Services Consulting, Business Enablement and Clients and Industries. I’ve built a strong reputation for mobilising cross-functional teams, improving governance around complex deals, and cross-Regional transformation initiatives, including building offshore delivery teams.Whether scaling AI capabilities, optimising sales pipelines, or transforming delivery models — I focus on outcomes, speed, and bringing the right people together to make change happen, make confident decisions, and bringing clarity to complexity.
