I am currently a Human Resources Business Partner at WestRock Company, where I support the talent acquisition, development, and retention of employees. I have strong management skills, including time management, team management, and communication skills.Previously, I worked as a time and expense supervisor at Allegis Group for over two years, where I handled the daily operations of a successful payroll department for direct clients. I ensured the accuracy and completeness of audit reports and communications, replied promptly to emails from internal directors, recruiters, and account managers, acted as the liaison between clients and internal operations, and coordinated team meetings for associates. I am motivated by delivering excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders, and I value collaboration, diversity, and innovation.
