   As the program director of the Richmond Treatment Center d/b/a New Season, CMG LP, I manage a team of 8 substance abuse counselors, 4 nurses, 2 pharmacists, 3 doctors, and 3 vital staff members.I am responsible for the more than 600 patients at this outpatient treatment center for the reduction and cessation of opioids. Each individual that come through our doors gets individual counseling, methadone or Suboxone, regular physician appointments and are subject to random drug screening. The Richmond Treatment Center is an outpatient provider. In 2025, RTC will offer intensive outpatient services.
