   As Outreach Coordinator I build awareness about this small non-profit. Through attending civic groups and other meetings, meeting prospective employers that the students may be able to be employed with and helping with fundraisers, we hope to grow the organization and help more Sussex County, Delaware youth! Here\'s a brief history about Pathways to Success:Pathways to Success was formed as a non-profit in 2006. We partnered with Sussex Tech in 2008, to provide a comprehensive after-school mentoring program for at-risk students. In 2012, Pathways was invited to partner with Cape Henlopen High School and is now providing a program there as well. One hundred percent of the youth served by PTS are at risk of dropping out of school; 98% of the students who entered the program as 9th graders in 2008 have graduated and are currently in college, working, or serving in the military. All of the Pathways to Success youth (100%) that entered the program in September 2012 as 9th graders graduated in May 2015 and began attending college in the Fall of 2015.
