ABOUT SARAH GALLI

I am a Manager with about 20 years of experience in the Human Resources department. I am able to grow and develop HR team members. I have solid skills in the management of HR processes, including those related to change management and international mobility of workers. I have a strong experience in different companies and businesses. For some years now, I have been managing teams at an international level with the main objective of managing the integration of people, skills, processes and tools. An extremely interesting and challenging change management path that has allowed me to- build a common culture and identity at Group level, also by involving people in a cultural meter path- define a new performance management system and guide each person\'s contribution towards common company objectives and challenges- implement common tools and processes at a Group level- learn about regulations and standards of different european countries. I am a bright and curious person, passionate and determined, always ready to get involved and improve. I help companies and employees in working efficiently and under the best conditions, also adopting a lean office approach.I am a certificated Praditus Expert and DISC coach. I enable people in increasing self consciousness and soft competences.I strongly believe in organizational wellbeing and in the creation of empowering values, to make people feel good and happy at work and in their life.
