Responsible for managing, placing, negotiation of terms of business, timely premium payment and fee income of the banks Mortgagees Interest Insurance policy with preferred insurance broker, • Actively assisting in obtaining insurance advise and maintaining relationships with specialist insurance advisors\' in Maritime & Aviation sectors, • Managing the insurance records for all global offices for a portfolio of ships and aircraft assets, • Responsible for ensuring covenanted documents are received within the bank and checked within given deadline, • Monthly reporting on outstanding issues in both insurance coverage and receipt of covenanted documentation to Senior Management. • Regularly facilitate writing and delivering training and development plans for interns and work experience placements within the department. Managing, coaching and developing them throughout their time with the bank.
