Primary responsibilities include project support for design review meetings, purchasing & procurement administration, verification of existing conditions and manage tasks assigned by Hospitality Project Managers.Obtain information for purchase orders and complete in eProcurement system.Proactively track and coordinate delivery, storage, staging and logistics of products and F F&E purchased from Kohler Co. and its subsidiaries. Coordinate the efforts of outside consultants, vendors and contractors engaged in support of Kohler Co. hospitality projects.Obtain data and information of current facilities and sites through site surveys, field measuring, and visual inspection. Document and organize information as needed into reports, spreadsheets, and drawings.Examine vendor, contractor and supplier invoices and review supporting documentation for accuracy. Submit invoices for payment.
