Collaborate with the Training team to oversee day-to-day operations.\\\\n• Act as a lead resource to answer product questions and provide support to the Client Service teams.\\\\n• Assist in selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.\\\\n• Contribute knowledge of training fundamentals and maximize effectiveness by researching training methodologies and learning tools.\\\\n• Suggest improvements for product development based on internal and external client feedback.\\\\n• Develops and/or approves content, methods, and materials for training staff\\\\n• Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.\\\\n• Facilitate training as needed.\\\\n• Monitor, test, and measure for trainee comprehension and satisfaction.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
